For the most bulky orders, delivery is made by our carrier to your home, at the gate or at the foot of the building.
We deliver throughout metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco, as well as Belgium. Delivery to certain European countries is also available.
Standard delivery
For non-bulky orders*, delivery will be made at home via DPD Predict or at a Pickup DPD relay point within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs are free from 59€ purchase only for France, Corsica and Monaco for non-bulky orders.

Delivery of a bulky order
To guarantee delivery in the best conditions, we have selected a specialized carrier for your bulky products. You can easily identify them thanks to the small truck icon on the product page.
Premium delivery will be made to your home by appointment and to the gate or at the foot of the building within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping costs are free from 599€ only for France, Corsica and Monaco for bulky orders.

Delivery of an order to Europe and outside Europe
You can also have a non-bulky order* delivered to the following countries, except for certain postal codes. If your postal code is not served, you will be informed before placing your order, which cannot be registered.

Track your order
At any time, you can track the progress of your order from your customer account on the website. To access it, simply log in using your credentials and go to the "History and details of my orders" section.
The tracking number for your shipment will also be available as soon as your order has been dispatched, regardless of the carrier. You will be notified of your order shipment by SMS.
