Customer account

To create your customer account on the site, it's very simple: just click on "Login" at the top right of your screen then on "Create your account". An email address, a password, your title as well as your first and last name will be required.

Once these details are entered, you will need to accept our terms and conditions of sale and our privacy policy by checking the box "I accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy". You can then validate the creation of your account by clicking "Save". A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

Once your account is created on the site, you can access your information at any time: to do this, go to your account by clicking on "Login" at the top right of the site. Enter your email address and password, then validate by clicking the "Login" button.

Once logged in, you will have access to all your account information.    

An email address and a password of your choice will be required to create your account on the site. You will also be asked for your title as well as your first and last name. 

Your birth month and year can also be entered, but these fields are optional and therefore not required to create an account. 

It is necessary to create an account to complete your purchases on our site. You will be able to access the status of your order and track its shipment. 

You can modify your information at any time directly on the site: once logged into your account, click on "Information" to update the fields you wish to modify. 

If you have forgotten your password, first click on "Login" at the top right of your screen then on "Forgot password?". You will then simply need to enter your email address so that a temporary password can be sent to you.

We invite you to change this temporary password afterwards. 

You can access your order history at any time by logging into your account. Then go to the "My order history and details" section.

Your order tracking is available at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the "My order history and details" section.

You can then choose the relevant order by clicking on its reference and access its tracking.

If you wish to change your password, simply log into your account and go to the "Information" section. Enter the new password of your choice in the "New password" field then click "Save".  

If you wish to delete your account, we invite you to contact us via our contact form, so that we can process your request.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can click directly on "Unsubscribe" from the last newsletter received at your email address.
