Returns & Refund

If you wish to return a product, please consult the "Returns" page which describes in detail the procedure to follow.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return for any product(s) that do not suit you. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging and with its label if it has one.

Once your return package is received at our facility, we undertake to refund you within 14 working days, provided that the product(s) are returned intact and in their original packaging.
