What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, and Mastercard only) or PayPal.
It is also possible to pay in 3 or 4 installments: installment payment is available through our partner Alma for purchases of €500 or more.
Is it possible to pay by check or bank transfer?
It is not possible to pay for your order by bank transfer or check.
Accepted payment methods are credit card and PayPal. Only Carte Bleue, Visa, and Mastercard credit cards will be accepted.
Is payment secure?
When purchasing on our site, credit card payment is made on the secure platform of our financial partner, in encrypted mode. You will therefore temporarily leave our site to enter your bank details.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, the transaction will also be secure: you will be redirected to the PayPal platform to make your payment through your PayPal account. You can also create your PayPal account at the time of payment.
Where can I find my invoice?
To access your invoice once your order is confirmed, go to the "Order history and details" section of your customer account.
You can then download your order invoice in PDF format by clicking on the corresponding icon.
