How much are the shipping costs?
Delivery is free from €59 of purchases, excluding bulky products. For any order under €59, shipping costs will be charged.
For orders over 30 kg and bulky products, delivery will be free from €1,000 of purchases. Shipping costs for orders under €1,000 will be charged. Details of rates are available in our general terms and conditions of sale and on the "Delivery" page.
What delivery methods are offered?
If your order is not considered bulky, you can choose home delivery or one of the Mondial Relay® Point Relais® pickup points.
If your order is bulky or contains large items, home delivery by a specialized carrier will be performed by appointment.

What are the delivery times?
If your order is not considered bulky, we commit to delivering it to you within 3 to 5 business days.
For orders of bulky products delivered by our specialized carrier, a period of 7 to 10 business days is required.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has left our warehouses. You can also track the status of your order from the "History and details of my orders" section on your account.
A product is missing from my package, what should I do?
If a product is missing or if you notice damage during the delivery of your order, you must imperatively indicate it on the delivery note and inform us within 3 days following delivery, via our contact form or by registered letter.
I received a non-compliant or defective product, what should I do?
If a product received is not compliant or has a defect, we invite you to contact Customer Service as soon as possible via our contact form.
The package or a product is damaged, what should I do?
If your package is damaged, you must imperatively indicate it on the delivery note and inform us within 3 days following delivery, via our contact form or by registered letter.
Do you deliver abroad?
We offer delivery only to mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco) as well as Belgium for all types of orders. We can also deliver to the following countries, for non-bulky orders only: Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia.

Do you deliver to Corsica?
We deliver to mainland France, including Corsica. You can view delivery fee rates on the "Delivery" page.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
If you think your order is delayed, go to your account in the "History and details of my orders" section to track its status.
If you notice a problem, we invite you to write to us via our contact form so that we can review the delivery of your order.
Is it possible to have a delivery address different from the billing address?
It is entirely possible to enter a delivery address different from the billing address. You can add an address at any time in your account.
You will simply need to choose the desired addresses when placing your order or add the address directly when placing your order, at the "Addresses" step, by clicking on "Add a new address".
