Is there a minimum purchase to place an order?
There is no minimum amount required to place an order on our site. However, delivery fees will be charged for any order below €59 for non-bulky products. For bulky products, shipping is free from €1,000 of purchases.

How do I place an order?
Place your order whenever you wish from the website. To do this, make your choice from all the products we offer and add them to your cart. Once your selection is complete, go to your cart by clicking at the top right of your screen, then click on "Order".
If you haven't already done so, log in to your account or create one in just a few clicks. Once identified, choose your delivery address, then click on "Continue". You will then be asked to select your delivery method before clicking on "Continue". You can then choose your payment method and click on "Pay". Once payment is made, an order confirmation page will appear on your screen. An email will also be sent to you with a summary of the products purchased.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Once your cart is validated and your order confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return for products you do not wish to keep.

What information is required to place my order?
To finalize your order, you need to create an account on the site. To do this, you will be asked for an email address, a password, your title as well as your first and last name.
To finalize your order, we will also need your complete postal address and a valid telephone number to contact you if necessary during delivery.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We are committed to shipping your order within 48 hours (working days) following your order. A shipping confirmation email will then be sent to you. For bulky items shipped via our specialized carrier, an additional 72-hour delay may occur.
You can also track the status of your order from the "Order history and details" section of your account.
How do I know where my order is?
You can track the status of your order at any time directly from your account in the "Order history and details" section. You will be able to see if your order is awaiting preparation, being prepared or already shipped.
My cart contains small products and bulky items, how do I place an order?
If you wish to order both small products and bulky items, this is entirely possible. Once your order is validated, you will receive two order confirmations: one for the standard order and one for the bulky order.
Your purchases will therefore be sent to you in two stages since shipping will be carried out by two different carriers. Shipping costs for both modes of transport will be charged when ordering. Two parcel tracking numbers will then be sent to you and you can track the status of your orders at any time on your customer account, in the "Order history and details" section.

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
To use your promotional code, click on "Cart" at the top right of the screen and enter the code in the "Promo code" field before validating by clicking on the coupon icon located on the right in the "Promo code" field or by pressing the "Enter" key on your keyboard. The code is then applied directly to your cart.
